Eunae is from South Korea and spent the last 11 years in Indonesia. She is a passionate educator and a mom of three beautiful girls. She received a BA in English Linguistics from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies and an MA in Applied Linguistics from the University of Massachusetts Boston. Before joining the Ph.D. in Applied Linguistics program, she taught IB MYP English Language Acquisition and IB Korean A at Bandung Independent School. Also, she worked as a Service as an Action coordinator, implementing service into teaching contexts. Eunae has taught English to students from various backgrounds in South Korea and Indonesia. Her research interests are bi/multilingualism, heritage language development, Positive Psychology Interventions, Action Research, and translanguaging.
